Capture the impression
Press gently into the wax: a loved one’s fingerprint, a newborn’s toe, a pet’s nose. Scan the QR code for video help.
Complete your submission
Choose your metal, finish, chain and any engraving or letter charm online, then pay to cast.
Mail it back
Pop the waxes in the tins, add water, seal the prepaid mailer and drop it in any USPS mailbox. We’ll let you know the moment it arrives.

Can I make memorial fingerprint jewelry?

Yes. Many families use the pack to keep a loved one’s fingerprint. Press their fingertip gently into the wax and we cast it exactly as it is, every ridge and line, in solid silver or gold. If the timing is sensitive, or a funeral director is helping you, email help@us-support.cahve.com before you order and we’ll talk you through it.

Can I give this as a gift for a new mom or a christening?

Yes. Give the $15 pack and they make the impression when they’re ready, then choose their metal and pay to cast. Or give the Pendant Pack, with the cast already paid. For babies under nine months, a tiny toe gives the clearest print.

How much does a fingerprint pendant cost?

The pack is $15. A finished silver pendant starts at $119 with the Pendant Pack, which includes the pack and the cast. Gold costs more, depending on the karat and size.

What’s in the $15 pack?

Three pre-weighed wax balls, two screw-top tins, a clear template and a prepaid mailer. One pack makes one piece. Casting isn’t included: you pay for it when you submit your impression through The Makers Table.

What is the wax ball for?

It is the pendant. You aren't taking a mold — the wax you shape is cast directly into precious metal, identical in size and shape. Each ball is pre-weighed, so don't combine them.

Is it safe for newborns?

The wax is independently tested, non-hazardous and non-toxic. Babies under nine months don't have defined ridges yet, but a tiny toe captures just as tenderly.

Can I make a double-sided impression?

Yes, and they look beautiful. A child's print on the front and a parent's on the back is a favorite. A large wax gives you the most room.

Can I cast in solid gold or platinum?

Yes — 10k to 18k yellow, white and rose gold, and platinum. Buy the gold kit now, or buy this pack and upgrade when you submit your wax through The Makers Table. Upgrades are quoted at current market rates once we've weighed your impression.

How long does it take?

Usually 6–8 weeks from the day your wax reaches our workshop in Denver, Colorado. Once your piece is prepped, we'll email you a firmer completion date.

Can you make it from a photo or an ink print?

No. We cast the wax impression itself, so the pendant carries the real ridges and depth of their print, not an engraved copy. If you only have a photo or an ink print, this pack isn’t the right fit.

How is this different from the Jewelry Making Kit?
